Had my first run in almost a month today. It didn't go too badly, I guess. A month off and I only gained 5 seconds on a 2.7 mile run.

I did, however, get a killer stitch in my side about 17 minutes in that never went away, and I forgot my water bottle on the porch. Color me unhappy, AND sucking down mass quantities of water right now.

It's opening night for Missionary Position tonight, and I think we're well ready.  I am GLAD all the tech changes have stopped and now we're locked in.  It was getting a little crazy.
